Disrupted Telstra Network, outrages its users!
Aussie users face complete disruption of Telstra network throughout the country. Customers from Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Hobart, Perth and Brisbane are facing the network downturn since 10:00 am, in the morning. The network disruption news came into highlight after the users started to report about the problem through their social medias about the lost network service.
Telstra confirmed about the issue around 11:30 am with no ideal reason. As stated by Telstra spokesperson, the root cause of such sudden failure is still being identified. They said,
“We are working to resolve an issue impacting some 4G mobile voice and data services nationally which is also causing congestion for 3G services. We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We are still investigating the root cause.”
Just before 20 days, Telstra had a serious network breakdown for about two hours, where the company addressed the issue to be the cause of technical changes.
